My story

From Chennai to the World. 29 years. No shortcuts.

I started my career in Chennai with a Diploma in Printing and a lot of ambition — but zero direction. No mentor, no network, no one to tell me what the right next step looked like.

Over 29 years I worked across Asia and the Middle East, led regional teams, and eventually completed my MBA in Singapore. But much of that early journey was driven by grit, not a plan.

I mentor now because I see my younger self in every talented professional who hasn't yet found their direction.
